Server → client. Fires when a v3 group chat has a new message or unread-count change — payload likely mirrors the ChatWithContext shape used by “Get message groups” ({group, unread, latest}), not independently verified this pass. Source: util/socket.ts. Not a real HTTP request — documentation only.
