Mark order not ready

PATCH {{baseUrl}}/orders/{{orderId}}/not-ready

Flags that the merchant isn’t ready yet. Source: store.ts orderNotReady() → models/orders.ts notReady().

Response: 200 with the updated order row (a “not ready” timestamp gets set server-side). The app doesn’t read the response — it just calls loadCurrentRun() afterward.
