Submit proof of delivery

PATCH {{baseUrl}}/orders/{{orderId}}/proof

Submits proof-of-delivery (signature/photo flag). Source: store.ts proofDelivery() → endpoints/orders.ts PATCH /orders/:orderId/proof.

Response: 200, plain-text body Success. The app doesn’t parse it — the actual signature/photo upload is queued as a background job after this responds.
